The Role You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new business opportunities across high-demand sectors.
This is a field-based, relationship-led role requiring regular client visits and the ability to manage your own diary effectively.
Key responsibilities include: Researching and targeting organisations with planned shutdowns, maintenance periods or high-volume staffing needs.
Developing tailored proposals and presenting solutions that align with client operational requirements.
Spending two to three days per week visiting clients, conducting site meetings and building strong commercial relationships.
Managing a structured pipeline, tracking activity and reporting outcomes to support strategic planning.
Working closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless handover from initial engagement through to fulfilment.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and sector developments to identify new opportunities. Representing the business professionally at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
