The Opportunity

  • You'll join a successful, growing team and take responsibility for developing and expanding a warm client base.
  • Your day will be a mix of:
    • Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
    • Building and nurturing client relationships.
    • Generating new business and spotting opportunities.
    • Interviewing, advertising and shortlisting.
    • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
    • Visiting client sites and maintaining strong retention.
    • Ensuring compliance, referencing and service excellence.
