With an established, supportive team around you and a consultative approach to the market, this is a genuine platform to build a lasting career in construction recruitment. \n Who This Suits \n \n Experience in recruitment with the drive to build a career in construction recruitment specifically. \n Resilience, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn the construction sector in depth. \n A confident, clear communicator who's comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly. \n Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple candidates and client requirements at once. \n Motivated by a clear commission structure and keen to progress toward a senior desk. \n \n The Desk \n \n Working a full 360 desk within construction, covering roles from site level through to project and technical positions, with support from senior colleagues as you build confidence. \n Qualifying live vacancies with clients and mapping out exactly what \"good\" looks like for each brief. \n Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and the company's existing database. \n Arranging interviews, briefing candidates ahead of client meetings, and gathering feedback from both sides. \n Managing offers and paperwork through to placement, with guidance from your manager on negotiation. \n Keeping accurate records on the CRM and building a pipeline of candidates and clients for the future. \n Getting out to client sites and industry events as you start to build your own network in the sector. \n \n What You Get \n \n Base salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission. \n A structured training programme and hands-on mentoring from senior consultants. \n A clearly mapped-out career path toward Senior and Principal Consultant level. \n Flexible working arrangements and access to industry events. \n Modern CRM and recruitment tools to support you from day one. \n \n Confidentiality \n All applications are treated in the strictest confidence. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
