With an established, supportive team around you and a consultative approach to the market, this is a genuine platform to build a lasting career in construction recruitment. \n Who This Suits \n \n Experience in recruitment with the drive to build a career in construction recruitment specifically. \n A confident, clear communicator who's comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly. \n \n The Desk \n \n Working a full 360 desk within construction, covering roles from site level through to project and technical positions, with support from senior colleagues as you build confidence. \n Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and the company's existing database. \n Keeping accurate records on the CRM and building a pipeline of candidates and clients for the future. \n Getting out to client sites and industry events as you start to build your own network in the sector. \n A structured training programme and hands-on mentoring from senior consultants. \n Flexible working arrangements and access to industry events. \n Modern CRM and recruitment tools to support you from day one. \
