Managing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring that customer requirements are met.

Conducting interviews with candidates to accurately determine their requirements.

Networking and generating new candidates to meet client needs.

Cultivating long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

Negotiating terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.

Experience within a recruitment agency.

A friendly and personable approach.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to attentively listen to client and candidate requirements.
