- Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, Linked In, referrals and the company's existing database.
- Arranging interviews, briefing candidates ahead of client meetings, and gathering feedback from both sides.
- Managing offers and paperwork through to placement, with guidance from your manager on negotiation.
- Keeping accurate records on the CRM and building a pipeline of candidates and clients for the future.
- Getting out to client sites and industry events as you start to build your own network in the sector.
