Our client is expanding their FM & Construction division and is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants more ownership, more influence, and a clear path to progression. The Opportunity
- You'll join a successful, growing team and take responsibility for developing and expanding a warm client base.
- Your day will be a mix of:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Generating new business and spotting opportunities.
- Interviewing, advertising and shortlisting.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
- Visiting client sites and maintaining strong retention.
