The Role
- Leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 360 recruiters focused on niche roles across the East Coast.
- Developing and executing growth strategies, including client acquisition and candidate engagement.
- Driving billings while setting a high-performance culture built on collaboration, delivery, and integrity.
