They’re looking for a sales driven recruiter to join their London office in a 180, business development-focused role, specialising within the SAP and wider technology space.
This is not a KPI-heavy call centre environment.
The team are highly relationship-led, network-driven and focused on building long-term partnerships across the European tech market.

The Role
- Winning and developing new client relationships across the SAP/Technology market
- Building a strong network across the Polish and wider European market
- Working closely with delivery and account management teams
- Developing contract recruitment opportunities across technology clients
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to client engagement
- Becoming a market specialist within a highly lucrative tech vertical
About You
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Minimum 2+ years’ recruitment experience
- Background within SAP or Technology recruitment
- Contract recruitment experience preferred (permanent considered)
- Strong business development and networking ability
- Ambitious, proactive and commercially driven
- Someone who enjoys building relationships rather than transactional recruitment
