You will be responsible for managing various schools across Wrexham, building strong relationships with clients through regular visits. This is an active role where you’ll take over a very warm desk, starting on 150 days weekly offering guaranteed commission from day 1. You’ll be managing an existing portfolio of schools already using our client’s services while also identifying opportunities to onboard new clients.

  • At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
  • Based in or within a reasonable commuting distance to Wrexham
  • Enjoys sales and business development in recruitment
  • Confident, driven, and target-focused with strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to build credibility with clients and develop long-term relationships

20% uncapped commission. Full support of an established compliance department.
