If you're looking to move away from a large corporate environment and join a growing, entrepreneurial business where your contribution will be recognised, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a true 360 Executive Search role, combining business development, client management and headhunting across the US Construction market.

Success in this role comes from building relationships, opening new opportunities and delivering an exceptional consultative service to clients and candidates alike.

You'll have the freedom to develop your own market whilst receiving support from an experienced Founder who is passionate about building a high-performing business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through proactive business development.
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver Executive Search assignments across the US Construction market.
  • Headhunt and engage senior-level professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have

  • Previous permanent recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment.
  • A genuine passion for business development and winning new clients.
  • Confidence picking up the phone and building relationships.
  • A proactive, resilient and commercially driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative style.
  • The ambition to help build a growing business.

This role isn't suited to someone who prefers delivery-only recruitment or relies solely on inbound vacancies.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

  • What's on Offer
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Genuine career progression as the business grows.
  • Direct support and mentoring from an experienced Founder.
  • Opportunity to become a key part of an ambitious Executive Search business.
  • Mature, supportive and entrepreneurial culture.
