This is a fully remote role for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their desk and wants to work closely with a high-performing founder in a small but ambitious business. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, without being micromanaged, while still being part of a collaborative and values-driven environment.

- At least 2 years’ experience in 360 agency recruitment
- Experience recruiting within Tech and/or Product markets would be highly advantageous
- Someone commercially driven but relationship-led
- A self-starter who can manage their own time and desk remotely
