About Our Client
Permanent People are recruiting on behalf of a global Property and Real Estate business based in Dubai.
They have huge investment into the data center sector across the region, both in the building of new facilities as well as purchasing existing ones. With expansion plans, we're looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Managers who can drive top-tier recruitment strategies and help with the recruitment of multiple hires that keep the cloud running.

The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the recruitment practices across the region., with a specific focus on Data Center hiring – from operations and engineering to project management and leadership roles. Based in Dubai, you’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and a trusted guide to candidates navigating a complex and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruitment for data center roles .
• Implement, build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and leadership hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and shape job descriptions.
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top data centre talent.
• Use data to report on recruitment metrics and optimize performance.
• Manage vendor partnerships, job boards, and recruitment platforms.

What You Bring:
• At least 5+ years of talent acquisition experience:
Data center, Oil & Gas, Energy, Life Science or Infrastructure recruitment.
• This could be on the internal/TA side or in an agency business at senior levels.
• Deep understanding of roles like Data Centre Operations, Facilities, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Delivery, etc.
• Strong sourcing skills – LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, niche platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Driven, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
