The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a specialist insurance recruitment desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate delivery.
Depending on the business, you’ll have the opportunity to
- Build and develop your own specialist market.
- Work retained, contingent or exclusive assignments.
- Recruit permanent, contract or executive-level professionals.
- Develop long-term client partnerships with insurers, brokers and consultancies.
- Mentor junior consultants as your career progresses.

- Proven experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Previous recruitment experience within the Insurance sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- A track record of consistent billings and commercial success.
