Our client are currently seeking experienced Insurance Recruiters to join their teams in London and also across the UK. They can offer you flexible and hybrid working, ideal for work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from initial client meetings to final placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Insurance industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and career goals with client needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance service delivery.
Experience:
- Proven success and experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically in the Insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
- Results driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
