Our HR specialist client in London is looking to add an experienced recruiter to their fast-growing HR Reward team.
The role would involve building business within the Reward C&I sector, leveraging from some existing relationships, but also growing your own client base through focused business development.
You would be joining a very experienced team within HR recruitment and work alongside recruiters who cover the other areas within HR including Payroll, TA and generalist recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be coming from a recruitment background with at least 2 years’ experience working in HR or Professional Services recruitment. This could be 360 recruitment within Accountancy & Finance for example, where you have been successful working with C&I clients on either a permanent or interim desk.
You must be confident in headhunting hard-to-find talent and have strong relationship building skills.
