Education Recruitment Consultant – West London (Hybrid)

We’re representing a highly respected education recruitment agency based in West London, who are looking to add an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to their growing sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter with a proven background in education recruitment who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building strong client and candidate relationships.

The Role

You’ll be joining a well‑established sales team supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance function (steady flow of candidates weekly) allowing you to focus on what you do best:

• Driving business development and managing client relationships
• Placing top education professionals into temporary roles
• Managing a busy desk with a steady flow of quality candidates
• Growing your area (either London or the Home Counties) and developing new business opportunities

This is a role where you’ll focus on sales and placing, ideal for a recruiter who’s motivated by performance, results, and commission.
