Recruitment Consultant – Perm Healthcare
Our client is an award‑winning healthcare recruitment firm with a reputation for delivering high‑quality, professional, and transparent recruitment services. We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of billing permanent roles to join their Northwest Elderly Care Division.
Location: Manchester City Centre, United Kingdom
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to inherit a very warm, established perm desk within the elderly care sector. The desk has been developed and nurtured over time by a senior consultant who is now progressing onto a national remit, leaving behind an excellent platform for the right person to take over. You’ll be expected to maximise the potential of this ready‑made desk while continuing to grow it further.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with long‑standing elderly care clients in the Northwest.
- Delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions across permanent roles.
- Headhunting, sourcing and screening top talent.
- Growing revenue by leveraging existing relationships and winning new business.
- Using social media and sector knowledge to attract and engage candidates.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven perm biller with at least 12 months’ experience in a full 360 role.
- Credible, driven, and commercially minded.
- Confident in managing client relationships and developing new business.
- Self‑motivated, hardworking, and tenacious.
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential – the ability to bill on perms is key.
