You’ll be supported by a dedicated admin resource and work closely with two of the business owners - who are very hands-on and part of the day-to-day team.
What You Need
- Proven experience in temp recruitment – ideally in office/commercial or industrial support
- A genuine passion for sales and service
- Able to hit the ground running – you’ll be given support but not micromanaged
- Local to Northampton and happy to be in the office full-time
- Personable, articulate and comfortable dealing with senior-level clients
What’s On Offer
- Immediate commission – no threshold
- 3% on legacy business
- 7% on new business you bring in
- Monthly comms typically £2-3k
- Vitality Private Healthcare
