We're working with one of the UK’s market leaders in education recruitment, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team in Manchester.

The Role
You’ll be working with primary schools across Greater Manchester, recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short, long-term, and permanent placements.
This is a 360 recruitment position that offers autonomy, a well-established client base, and a fun, supportive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full 360 recruitment responsibilities – business development, candidate attraction, and placement
- Building strong, consultative relationships with schools and educators
- Using CRM and social media tools for candidate sourcing and marketing
- Visiting client schools and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Managing interviews, shortlisting, and placements
- Working collaboratively with a team while managing your own desk
What You Need
- MUST have prior experience in education recruitment – this is essential
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

- Full time:
- Mon & Tue: 7:30am – 4:00pm
