What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven individuals – you must be confident in building relationships and closing deals
- Ambitious & goal-oriented – we want people who are motivated by success and high earnings
- Hardworking & resilient – recruitment is rewarding, but it takes dedication
- A background in sales which includes business development is ideal – recruitment experience is not essential!
- Must be local to Chester as this is a full-time office-based role
- Experience working in retained recruitment dealing with high salaries would be desirable
