Our client is an independent boutique business with an excellent reputation in the IT sector in Europe, especially in the DACH and Benelux regions. Due to their success and growing demand, they have ambitious growth plans, including expanding their London office. It’s an exciting time to join their journey.
What the role involves:
- There’s some retained business and active client relationships which can be leveraged from day 1.
- You would work mostly across contract Tech.
- Working in a 360 role, you will also business develop new clients and build relationships with them, whilst working closely with the director of the company.
What experience are we looking for?
- 1 year of 360 recruitment experience - in Tech or wanting to work in it.
- Great attitude to business development and the ability to establish rapport with new clients.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual who doesn’t need micromanaging and can work autonomously.
- Positive and energetic personality - a sporting background would be great!
