A leading life sciences recruitment business is hiring for an immediate vacancy on a warm, established Clinical Research desk.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing permanent desk with live client relationships, a house account you can recruit for from day one, and genuine earning potential from the outset. The desk is available due to the current consultant leaving to go travelling, meaning you’ll inherit a strong foundation and the chance to build quickly.
The Opportunity- Take over a warm Clinical Research desk within Life Sciences
- Immediate access to a key house account and active client work
- Billing potential of £200k+ in year one, with scope for £300k–£350k
- Hybrid working: 2 days in-office, 3 days from home
- Long-term progression with the chance to grow into leadership
- Future opportunity to own part of the business
- 360 recruitment experience (minimum 2 years+)
- Background in life sciences, scientific recruitment, or another technical market (engineering, tech, etc.)
