We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and develop a small team of junior recruiters whilst continuing to bill and grow your own desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from either a blue collar or white collar construction recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and being part of a business with genuine growth plans and earning potential.

The role:
- Managing, mentoring and developing a small team of recruiters
- Running and growing your own billing desk
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Leading by example in business development activity
- Supporting the growth and performance of the wider team
- Working within a warm, well-established market with strong brand presence
What they’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience within construction, industrial or a similar fast-paced sector
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters is highly desirable
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Confident, charismatic and commercially driven personality
