This role gives you ownership of a major technology account whilst still operating in a true 360 capacity.

We're working with an established recruitment business that has recently secured a significant multi-year contract with a major client .

As a result, they're looking to hire an experienced Principal Consultant to help lead delivery and growth across a high-volume technology recruitment account.

This isn't a role where you'll be expected to build a desk from scratch.

Instead, you'll inherit a substantial volume of live requirements, established client relationships and the opportunity to work within a highly successful account that will remain a strategic focus for the business for the next three years and beyond.

The Opportunity Managing a large-scale technology recruitment account Working across a broad range of IT and technology vacancies Building and developing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Delivering contract recruitment solutions at pace and volume Managing multiple requirements simultaneously Driving account growth through excellent service and relationship management Operating in a 360 capacity whilst maintaining a strong account management focus Working closely with delivery teams and internal stakeholders What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience within technology recruitment Strong contract recruitment background Experience managing large accounts or MSP/RPO-style environments Comfortable working with high-volume recruitment activity Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills Commercially minded with a consultative approach Why Join?
