Our client is a successful and growing organisation looking to strengthen its Internal Recruitment team with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment administration, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The Role
Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process from application through to onboarding.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
- Managing recruitment administration and ATS records.
- Supporting agency management and candidate tracking.
- Coordinating offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
About You
Applicants MUST have experience within:
- Recruitment Coordination.
- Recruitment Administration.
- Fast-paced administrative or customer-facing environments.
You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Self motivated with a team player mentality.
- Salary up to £30,000.
