Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly, supportive team.
No recruitment experience is required.
Instead, they are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.

The Role
You will receive excellent training and support to learn:
- Candidate sourcing and attraction
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing recruitment processes
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Market mapping and networking
- Business development and account management
- Negotiation and commercial skills
Over time, you will develop into a specialist consultant within a high-value market.
