Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare (HR, Marketing & L&D) Manchester City Centre £26,000 - £36,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for headhunting and placing HR, Marketing, and L&D professionals within healthcare providers. You will be managing a warm perm desk with existing clients while also growing and developing the desk further.

You will be focusing on:

  • Understanding the healthcare HR, Marketing, and L&D markets.
  • Headhunting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
  • Using social media to write and post job articles.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the UK.
  • Working closely with a collaborative team, including experienced professionals and junior consultants.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role (Ideally working a permanent desk)
  • Educated with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and tenacious.
  • Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed.
  • A credible work background with a professional approach.
  • Keen to make a difference in the healthcare sector.
