Salary - up to £32,000 DOE
We’re working with a well-established and ambitious consultancy specialising in the Food & FMCG manufacturing sector across the UK. With over a decade of success and a strong, loyal client base, they are now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to support their growing division.

The OpportunityYou’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting delivery across a wide range of FMCG roles while building your own knowledge of the market.
You’ll be sourcing candidates for roles including:
- Production & Operations Managers
- Technical & Quality professionals
- Engineering & Maintenance roles
- Warehouse & Logistics staff
- Hygiene & QA teams
- Finance professionals
- Sales roles within FMCG
- Manufacturing roles at all levels
- Senior & Board-level appointments
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Building and managing candidate pipelines within the FMCG sector
- Screening and qualifying candidates
- Supporting consultants on live vacancies
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the process
- Keeping CRM systems updated and organised
