We’re working with a well-established recruitment business in Manchester seeking an experienced White Collar Construction & Civil Engineering Consultant to join their team. You’ll be taking over a semi-warm desk that’s billed £50k so far this year, with significant untapped potential.

The role

• Manage permanent and freelance recruitment across construction and civil engineering
• Develop relationships with existing and new clients
• Maximise the potential of a warm desk and grow billings
• Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process

About you

• Proven track record in recruitment (White Collar Construction / Civil Engineering preferred)
• Strong billing history and self-starter attitude
• Excellent business development skills
• Ability to manage the full 360 recruitment process
