One of the UK's most respected technology recruitment businesses is continuing its growth and is looking for an experienced Business Manager to help shape the next phase of its Manchester office.
This isn't about replacing someone.
It's additional leadership because the current Head of Perm has grown the division so successfully that the business is investing in more leaders to develop consultants, grow market share and continue building an already high-performing team.
You'll inherit one of several warm, established specialist desks across Housing Systems, Data or Client Solutions, while continuing to develop your own client portfolio.
The role
This is a genuine player-manager opportunity.
You'll lead, coach and develop consultants whilst remaining hands-on with business development, client relationships and fee earning.
