We’re hiring experienced recruiters with a background in HR, Finance, HRIS or Professional Services recruitment to join a growing, specialist division within an established HR recruitment business.

  • We’re hiring at both Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant level, depending on experience.

The Role

  • Build and grow a desk focused on Payroll - Dual Desk currently at £150k to inherit.
  • HRIS - x18 runners from day one.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role).
  • Leverage existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with an established HR recruitment team to cross-sell into HR tech.
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of a new specialist division.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment (agency), ideally 18 months+ for Senior level / 5+ years for Principal level.
  • Background in HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle etc...), HR, Finance or Professional Services recruitment.
  • Strong experience in perm, dual desk or contract/temp recruitment.
  • Track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to build and scale a desk.
