We’re hiring experienced recruiters with a background in HR, Finance, HRIS or Professional Services recruitment to join a growing, specialist division within an established HR recruitment business.

- We’re hiring at both Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant level, depending on experience.
The Role
- Build and grow a desk focused on:
- Payroll - Dual Desk currently at £150k to inherit
- Reward - Interims desk
- HRIS - x18 runners from day one.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
- Leverage existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
- Work closely with an established HR recruitment team to cross-sell into HR tech
- Contribute to the growth and direction of a new specialist division
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency), ideally 18 months+ for Senior level / 5+ years for Principal level
- Background in HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle etc...), HR, Finance or Professional Services recruitment.
- Strong experience in perm, dual desk or contract/temp recruitment
- Track record of business development and client relationship management
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build and scale a desk
