Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Principal Consultant to focus on the Technology, Media or Entertainment markets.
You’ll be operating as a senior, trusted advisor to clients, leading high-value interim mandates and building long-term relationships across your vertical.
- Leading and delivering senior interim mandates (C-suite, Director, Head of level)
- Partnering closely with clients on complex, business-critical hires
- Building and nurturing a high-quality network of interim executives
- Developing and growing a specialist vertical within Technology, Media or Entertainment
- Contributing to wider team strategy, collaboration and knowledge sharing
This role is aimed at established interim or executive search professionals who operate with credibility and gravitas in the market.
- 10+ years’ experience in interim management and/or executive search
- Strong track record of delivering senior interim placements
- Deep network within Technology, Media or Entertainment markets
- High levels of professionalism, consultative approach and commercial awareness
- Stable career history with strong job tenure
- Comfortable operating at Partner / Principal level with autonomy
