Lead 360 Perm Recruitment Consultants –

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

The Role

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and grow a HOT desk with existing client relationships
• Place high-value permanent roles (salaries £70K -150K+)
• Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices
• Work with a collaborative, performance-driven team in a start-up environment with big growth plans

About You

We are looking for ambitious, humble recruiters who can hit the ground running.

You will have:

• 1–3 years’ experience in 360° permanent recruitment experience. Working on senior roles in a consultative manner. Open to sector background..
• A strong track record of billing and relationship management
• A collaborative approach with a proactive mindset
• A desire to grow into leadership as the business scales
