Junior Recruitment Consultant – Bournemouth
Permanent People are working with a market leading recruitment business in Bournemouth, who have big growth plans in 2025. They have an experienced management team and are looking to hire ambitious, driven and motivated sales people to join their business.
The role:
Our client is looking for a talented Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their top performing team in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will join a busy team placing high quality professionals specialising within the Technology/Cybersecurity market mainly in the US.
You’ll get 1-2-1 training and will work closely with your manager, ensuring you have excellent knowledge of recruitment and knowledge of the industry they are leaders in.
Starting on the candidate side of the recruitment process, you’ll expertly source and screen candidates, meticulously matching them to your clients hiring needs. You’ll progress into a full sales role where you will acquire new clients through business development, nurturing these relationships and expanding them over time.
Experience needed:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a business development/ B2B/recruitment role, where you have experience selling to new business customers
- Have a great work ethic and willingness to learn
- Exceptional communication skills
- You’ll have a strong entrepreneurial approach, business acumen
- A competitive nature, as you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
- Confident to expertly network with global candidates and clients
- Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
