Fully Remote (UK-Based only)

Up to £40,000 Base + Commission on Every Deal

Not every recruitment role is about “bums on seats” and KPI theatre. Some are about trust, impact and building something meaningful.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist search business operating within the climate and sustainability space. They partner with companies genuinely focused on creating a better future for the planet, helping them hire high-performing talent across technology and product.

This is a fully remote role for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their desk and wants to work closely with a high-performing founder in a small but ambitious business. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, without being micromanaged, while still being part of a collaborative and values-driven environment.

What they’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in 360 agency recruitment
  • Experience recruiting within Tech and/or Product markets would be highly advantageous
  • Someone commercially driven but relationship-led
  • A self-starter who can manage their own time and desk remotely
  • Strong communication and business development skills
  • Someone who genuinely cares about sustainability, climate or making a positive impact
  • Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working in a small business environment

What’s on offer:

  • Fully remote working anywhere in the UK
  • Base salary up to £40k depending on experience
  • Commission paid on every deal
  • High level of autonomy and flexibility
  • Opportunity to work directly with an experienced, high-performing founder
  • A genuinely purpose-driven market with strong long-term growth

This could suit someone who’s currently in a larger recruitment business and wants more freedom, more ownership and the chance to work in a market that actually matters.
