The Opportunity
You will join as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, working alongside experienced, high-performing consultants, with full support from a dedicated Delivery Team if desirable. HR and Contracts support and a hands-on, approachable Managing Director. This is not a “sink or swim” role, you will have the infrastructure and support needed to succeed, while still having the autonomy to build your own desk. There will be IT sector training in your week induction if needed.
The Role
- Build and develop your own client base from the Exeter office
- Generate new business and manage client relationships
- Take detailed job briefs and deliver roles independently or via the Delivery Team
- Manage the full recruitment process through to offer stage
- Contribute to the long-term growth of the Exeter office
You will have the flexibility to:
- Run a full 360 desk independently
- Utilise the Delivery Team to support candidate generation and admin
This level of infrastructure is rare for a business of this size and allows you to focus on revenue-generating activity and client relationships.
Salary & Benefits
- Realistic OTE: £60,000+ in year one
- Uncapped commission structure up to 20%
- Monthly team-based bonus from day one
- Commission guarantee available (depending on experience)
- Company car scheme (after qualifying period)

- Experience in IT recruitment desirable but not essential as training can be given
