Our client is a leading Executive Search and Headhunting firm with a 25+ year legacy of placing high-impact professionals across the MedTech, Life Sciences, and Chemicals sectors. They don’t chase the quickest win – their consultants are trusted advisors who know their markets deeply and deliver real value to clients through permanent, often retained, search mandates. They are growing, and are now looking for a driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing a warm desk across sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences, from Β£50k Sales Professionals to Β£200k+ Executive mandates

  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
  • Getting out from behind the desk – client visits are frequent and encouraged
  • Supporting and learning from some of the most experienced exec search professionals in the industry

Who We're Looking For:

  • An experienced permanent recruiter – you must be able to evidence this
