The Opportunity

You'll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting delivery across a wide range of FMCG roles while building your own knowledge of the market. You'll be sourcing candidates for roles including:

  • Warehouse & Logistics staff
  • Hygiene & QA teams
  • Finance professionals
  • Sales roles within FMCG
  • Manufacturing roles at all levels
  • Senior & Board-level appointments
What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines within the FMCG sector
  • Screening and qualifying candidates
  • Supporting consultants on live vacancies
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the process
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and organised
