I’m partnering with a leading onsite recruitment operation to hire an Account Manager who can own day-to-day delivery, build brilliant relationships, and create a standout experience for both clients and workers. This is a fully onsite role located in Wrexham with plenty of variety, people interaction, and the chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being the go-to contact for clients and workers
- Managing weekly workforce planning, fulfilment and scheduling
- Running core recruitment processes, onboarding, compliance & payroll accuracy
- Keeping worker data up to date and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Leading site reviews, sharing insights, and solving operational challenges
- Spotting opportunities to improve service, streamline processes or grow accounts
- Maintaining strong communication and relationships across the site
- Supporting an engaged workforce and promoting feedback through internal platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in onsite recruitment, industrial staffing or high-volume account management
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Strong organisation, accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Comfortable taking ownership and working proactively
- Any Eastern European language (Polish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Romanian etc.) is a bonus, not a requirement
