As a Senior 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Take ownership of a perm niche desk and build it out, leveraging existing client relationships. There are jobs to fill immediately.
- Place high-value permanent roles across the Construction and Engineering sectors.
- Work in a collaborative, performance-driven environment with significant growth ambitions.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360° Perm recruitment, ideally within Construction/Engineering. A proven track record of billing success and client relationship management. Ambition to grow into leadership and scale a contract division as the business expands.
