We’re supporting a well-established office support recruitment business, founded in the 1980s and known for long-standing client relationships, a personable approach, and a grounded, collaborative culture. The Manchester branch is entering a fresh phase of growth, and they’re looking for a hands-on Billing Branch Manager to help rebuild and lead the team.
The Role
- Take over a busy perms desk (mainly residential property)
- Lead, mentor and grow a small team
- Drive business development and strengthen client partnerships
- Help shape and influence the future of the branch

- Salary £40-60K DOE
- 20 days holiday + 3 personal days (rises annually to 5 years)
