A well-established boutique recruitment business is looking to appoint an experienced recruitment account manager / delivery consultant to join its successful Manufacturing and Industrial division. This opportunity would suit an experienced Temp recruiter who enjoys the candidate and account management side of recruitment and would prefer to focus on delivery rather than business development and sales.
The business has an established client base and a strong reputation within its market, allowing consultants to focus on sourcing, relationship building and service delivery rather than cold sales activity.
The Role
- Sourcing and attracting candidates for temporary vacancies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Building and maintaining talent pools within the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors
- Managing bookings and ensuring client requirements are fulfilled efficiently
- Developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting existing accounts and maintaining high service levels
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives
About You
- Have previous recruitment experience
- Come from a fast-paced temporary recruitment background
- Enjoy candidate management, delivery and account support
- Be able to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships
