What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running a full 360 desk: business development, candidate sourcing, managing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Winning and nurturing client relationships within the manufacturing industry
  • Interviewing, qualifying and placing high-quality candidates
  • Working to financial goals with full autonomy and tailored support

What You’ll Need:

  • Up to 2 years' 360 recruitment experience, OR a graduate or early-career professional with proven B2B or telesales results
  • Clear examples of being money-motivated and target-driven
  • Confident, articulate, resilient and able to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
  • A strong work ethic and a proactive mindset – you’ll be trusted to manage your own desk
