Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accountancy
Our client are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Finance & Accountancy team, based in central Brighton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage new and existing candidate relationships in a 360 role.
- Enhance client relationships through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Source passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your market and sector, addressing recruitment needs as they arise.
- Maintain and grow candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
- Conduct candidate interviews and match them to current roles.
You:
- Must have at least 18 months full 360 agency recruitment experience and be based in or around the Brighton area.
- Ideally, you will have a background in Accountancy & Finance recruitment or Professional Services.
- Other sector experience will also be considered.
- A determination to provide a quality service to clients and candidates.
