We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced Italian speaking Tech recruiter in their London office.
With a young, ambitious team of 20, this multinational office has an inclusive, vibrant and social atmosphere.The Role:
We are looking for a high-performingcontract focused Recruitment Consultant, who has experience recruiting in the Italian market.
This is a 360 recruitment position, where you will develop new client accounts, with the aim of building long lasting relationships. Whilst expertly sourcing contract talent and meticulously matching them to clients hiring requirements.
You will gain a deep knowledge of the IT market with regular training and personalised support. Having the opportunity to develop your recruitment career into senior roles with a structured career path.
About you:
- You will have at least 6 months contract recruitment experience, preferably in IT, with direct experience in the Italian recruitment market
- Fluent English & Italian required
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Be confident, self-motivated and determined
- Articulate, money-motivated and hungry for success
- Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently
