About the role
Futures are excited to be working with an industry-leading business who are looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support the project managers and service engineers in their day-to-day activities!
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a support role for a manufacturing or engineering business, be highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for customer enquiries and requests for field support
• Book and coordinate all service-related works efficiently and to appropriate timescales
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships by delivering a professional and conscientious service
• Support project managers with gathering documentation on their projects
• Ensure all downtime situations are captured, documented and passed on to the service team for rectification
• Provide project managers and engineers with all site-specific relevant information
• Organising the service engineers’ diaries and ensuring they have all the correct documentation to work on sites
Your Skills and Abilities:
• Confident phone manner
• Ability to relay information In a detailed manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, organisational skills, and experience working with multiple customers and internal departments simultaneously
• Prior experience working for a manufacturing or engineering business (essential)
