About the role

We are looking to appoint a results-driven Key Account Manager to work for a globally recognised brand! Our client supplies to the rail, construction, demolition, and highways industries and is a European leader within their respective field.

This is a great opportunity for someone to work within a newly established team in a market with huge potential. You will ensure that turnover, volume targets and margins are achieved.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
– Implement sales and account plans.
– Manage and keep client CRM system up to date.
– Work cohesively with a small close-knit sales team.
– Complete visit reports when meeting clients.
– Identify new market trends and follow up on potential opportunities.
– Manage existing accounts and win new business.
– Identify new industries to work within.
– Visit clients as and when required.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
– Ability to demonstrate competency with selling and account management.
– Professional and resilient.
– Ability to work within a team.
– Strong time management.
– Full driving license.
– Experience in selling and managing accounts.

The ideal person is results-driven and can manage several key accounts and grow their respective patch to increase revenue.
