About the role
Education Futures are looking for an Interim Deputy Headteacher for a large secondary school in the Swindon area!
The requirement is initially until Easter 2024. The school is located in an area of economic deprivation and the role requires an experienced Deputy with a background in behaviour management.
As the Interim Deputy Headteacher, you will play an important role in the daily management of the school, working closely with the Headteacher your responsibilities will focus on improving behaviour across the school.
This role is suited to an experienced Secondary Deputy Headteacher, who is immediately available.
The role will be paid on a day rate which is negotiable, depending on experience and location.
